We offer a few different services and frequency options to get your home sparkling. To help with your specific needs, choose from Standard, Deep and Move In/Out. Each has a set of basic tasks the cleaner will cover. If you have anything extra in mind, we offer add-on services for an additional fee.
Please allow a 2 hour window for your Clean Team to arrive. We provide you with a 2 hour arrival window to accommodate the unpredictability that sometimes comes with bookings such as a previous booking taking longer than expected.
If your cleaner is running late, which does not happen often, we will notify you on their behalf. It’s our policy to put a smile on your face and that means keeping you in the loop and aware at all times.
Yes. A thorough background check is run on every cleaner when they partner with us.
Your are deciding to trust us your most precious possessions – your home, safety and peace of mind. We do not take that responsibility lightly.
We perform a rigorous vetting process for our cleaning partners to verify that they are free of criminal history, professional license, education discrepancies, poor credit history, damaged driving record, false employment history, references and a failed drug test.
If any of these red flags appear – we will not take them on as a cleaning partner.
Feel free! Much like other service-based jobs, tipping is appreciated but not a requirement. Everyone wants to be rewarded for a job well done and cleaners are no different.
A good rule of thumb is between 15-20% of the total cleaning service rate. Feel like you received an exceptional job or have asked them to complete an especially dirty project? A tip is a great way to show cleaners that you appreciate their cleaning services and them as a cleaner.
