If everything looks great, you can easily finalize your cleaning all online within minutes using your credit/debit card.
STEP 2
Confirmation Emails
Once you have booked your cleaning, you will receive a detailed “Booking Confirmation” email letting you know your booking has been confirmed.
As you await the day of your clean, you will get several reminders both via our automated emails & text reminding you that your cleaning is coming up so you don’t forget.
STEP 3
It's Cleaning Day
Our vetted Clean Team professionals will arrive on time and with
all the necessary supplies needed for the clean. They’ll do a quick walk through with you to assure they know exactly what needs to be focused on.
If you selected a flat rate cleaning package, our cleaners will work off of our Cleaning Checklist. At the end of the cleaning, they’ll do a before/after walk through to make sure you’re satisfied.
STEP 4
After Your Cleaning
After your cleaning, you will receive an automated email to rate your service & cleaner. Happy with your service? Check out the Referral Program to share the love with a friend!
